Cost Include:

1. Accommodation at a standard hotel in Kathmandu on Bed and Breakfast (B.B) basis.
2. Permit fee and Icefall route fee.
3. Transportation of food supply to Gorkha.
4. Necessity porters loads to BC.
5. Lodging and food en-route to Base Camp and return.
6. Food and fuel at BC during the expedition period.
7. Base Camp tent for members and staff.
8. Kitchen and dining equipment, toilet and shower tents with shower equipment, chairs and tables at Base Camp.
9. 2-6 members 1 cook and 1 kitchen boy.
10. 7-11 members 1 cook: 2 kitchen boys
11. Equipment allowance, day allowance, insurance for BC staff and liaison officer.
12. Visa extension and conservation fees.
13. Local transport in Kathmandu (Airport/hotel/airport).
14. Helicopter rescue insurance operation only for Nepalese staff.
15. Agency service charge.

Cost Exclude:

1. Nepal entry visa fee
2. Kathamndu Hotel Lunch and Dinner (L, D).
3. High altitude food and fuel above BC and personal climbing gears.
4. Accident insurance and emergency evacuation.
5. Related charges for communication equipment, satellite phone, and walkie-talkie and filming. Nepal custom duty for import of expedition goods arriving into Nepal by air cargo.
6. Garbage deposit of US$ 4,000 (refundable after the expedition).
7. High altitude Sherpa, oxygen and mask and a regulator.
8. Personal travel, medical and rescue insurance
9. Related charges for communication equipment (satellite phone, walkie-talkie).
